Bridges SI plays key role in design and build of advanced HHS command center

Bridges System Integration LLC (Bridges SI) had the pleasure of supporting the design and build of the Health & Human Services (HHS) Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) new Program Integrity Command Center. CMS’s mission is to ensure effective, up-to-date health care coverage and to promote quality care for beneficiaries. The focus of the command center is to reduce Medicare and Medicaid fraud. Bridges SI teamed with CMS senior leadership to create a robust, high-resolution collaboration environment. The center will be home for experts in data analytics, fraud investigation, policy and clinicians. The ability to share data across teams, as well as work with other agencies, such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), was a paramount design objective for the project. The center features a blended knowledge wall that highlights key information for all of the disciplines. The visualization of real-time data helps identify fraud and allows the experts to transition from data mining into a meaningful investigation of criminal activity. Multiple “pods” were designed and built to support an arsenal of technology, thus assisting in combating criminal activity. These pods share data to the knowledge wall and relevant agencies outside CMS through high-definition videoconferencing. The knowledge wall is comprised of 10 rear-mounted projectors blended together creating a single seamless image. The entire composited image can be archived for after-action reviews, distribution or for creating a data library for import supporting future investigations. In addition, an executive conference room overlooks the command center to provide an additional technology workspace to support the command center. Since January of this year, CMS has recovered over $4 billion in fraudulent payments. 2012 has seen the largest health care fraud bust in our country history. Bridges SI is proud to play a role in keeping health care dollars with the citizens with whom they are intended to serve. Below is the video CMS crafted showcasing their new facility.

Project Description

The Health and Human Services, Assistant Secretary for Preparedness and Response (ASPR) department, required a state-of-the-market solution to inform the Executive branch and promote real-time decision making. Initially, ASPR selected Bridges SI to renovate and upgrade their video wall. However, after further discussions regarding their ever-changing mission requirements, ASPR expanded the project to encompass environmental and enterprise enhancements as well.

Shape

ASPR leadership began working with the Shape practice with the objective of maximizing the efficiency of the floor plan with a high-density furniture plan. Bridges SI provided numerous layouts meeting the objective while also enhancing the technology by factoring in sightlines and camera angles. After the furniture plans options were streamlined, Bridges SI created a 3-D rendering to assist ASPR in making an informed final decision. With the 24/7 rated consoles and maximized space plan determined, Bridges SI set out to create an environment leveraging the technology for maximum performance. Considerations included task, presentation and videoconference lighting, sound paneling raised access floor and millwork with finishes that contributed without distracting from the conversation.

Construct

The centerpiece of the Operations Center is the 5x2 LED video wall. The new cubes are high-definition (16:9 aspect ratio) and feature maintenance-free operation. Video cubes are the only technology that are truly designed for 24/7 applications and feature no lamps or filters. The LED engines are liquid cooled and feature sensor technology to provide uniform brightness and stability across the entire wall. The video wall appears nearly seamless with a mullion (space in between the cubes) of less than 1mm. Each of the 44 workstations can push content onto the wall or onto any of the nine supplemental displays. The perspectives are user-definable and include any number of sources providing ASPR a comprehensive picture with streams of real-time data, therefore assisting leadership in making key decisions supporting their department. The system is completely scalable, as the backbone of the distribution is entirely IP-based, thus has none of the typical restrictions associated with fixed matrix switchers. The Operation Center hosts their daily staff meetings of approximately 20 persons, but in a crisis surge that number can more than double. As such, developing an automated system that can direct the system was critical. The command and control center has numerous presets to accommodate the occasional user and the flexibility to serve even the most advanced technologist.

Unify

Members of the Senior Executive Service and other senior leadership benefit by receiving the stream of information collected and displayed on the knowledge wall through the distributed IP-video system. While any approved network workstation (local and external) can view the information, departments that do not share the network can collaborate via infrastructure providing firewall traversal, videoconferencing management, and multi-site capabilities for both IP and legacy Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN). The Unify practice enables the investment ASPR has made in video and data sharing to be realized on enterprise scale.

Sustain

Command and Control, by its nature, requires 99% uptime. The Sustain practice of Bridges SI provided a comprehensive support program developed to log and manage issues, including preventive and responsive tasks. A user guide was written in concert with the end-users, ensuring the staff was comfortable with the terminology and best-practices tailored to their organization. Regularly scheduled trainings and maintenance provide ASPR with the comfort and knowledge preparing them to meet challenges ahead.

Project Description

The Department of Homeland Security, Office of Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO), engaged the Bridges SI team to add a videoconferencing solution for their Executive Conference Room (ECR). The support team was considering a separate effort to purchase commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) furniture to assist with updating the design supporting their senior leadership. After reviewing their business-process model, it became clear that Bridges SI could deliver a complete environment, thus supporting their specific requirements enabling enhanced collaboration, brainstorming and management.

Shape

The Bridges SI interior design department walked the client through the design process. That process includes needs and requirements identification, as well as schematic and full rendered designs, therefore helping the client select their most appealing solution. The challenge was to balance conflicting objectives supporting a local collaboration setting while striving to deliver on the video teleconference positioning. A variety of table designs were presented with initial renderings. After reviewing their options, CHCO selected a unique diamond table design that allowed for a close, face-to-face engagement and also has two pivoting spans that open. These spans provide the videoconferencing camera with a perspective to each participant’s facial cues. Other details leveraged to support the technology environment including case goods, sound paneling, application-specific lighting and motorized shades.

Construct

The focal point of the technological solution, from a systems perspective, was an 85” high-definition flat-panel display. Proper engineering of this system contributed to the selection of the display. Contributing to the selection decision were considerations such as: a through overall distance measurement from the display to the furthest viewer, and the lengthy duration of meetings, mandating a high-contrast and easy-to-read display from any angle. Multiple table boxes enabling multiple computers to connect to the system allowed for collaboration and superior cable management. The core of the system was based on a digital switching system that supported analog and digital signals. The entire system supported High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection (HDCP) sources, allowing CHCO the flexibility to display from a wide variety of sources and future hardware technology.

Unify

Throughout the year, CHCO requires meeting space beyond what any single room will comfortably permit. Bridges SI identified this significant requirement early on in client interviews. From that analysis, an enterprise distribution system was designed and deployed. The videoconferencing camera was leveraged to provide a video feed into the divisible training facility below. Additionally, a recording and streaming solution enables asynchronous communication for reaching new employees, as well as enhancing flexibility for telework employees keeping them informed and offering them the opportunity to maintain a high-level of participation.

Sustain

CHCO’s conference facilities host critical meetings supporting the Department of Homeland Security mission. As such, the Sustain practice has provided facilitators to augment the departments support teams. In addition, Bridges SI has deployed an enterprise case-management system for CHCO to generate and manage cases with the objective of maximizing uptime and optimal utilization of system capabilities.

Project Description

The Department of Homeland Security, Office of Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO), engaged the Bridges SI team to address their aging divisible training rooms. The facility featured three spaces with two air walls. CHCO objectives for the space included a physical makeover and a refresh of technology enhancing capabilities and reducing the labor necessary for classroom set-up.

Shape

The Shape practice met with CHCO stakeholders establishing the interior design priorities for their divisible space. After completing a needs-assessment and a review of the project budget and priorities, it was determined that much of the existing furniture could be reutilized. Overall the room needed a simple facelift to project a clean, light new space, while at the same time adhering to a limited budget balancing multiple priorities. Bridges SI worked with the client selecting new carpet tile that was designed to withstand the rigors of heavy traffic and featured a pattern conveying a modern, appealing space. Additionally, the Shape practice specified and installed window shades to complement the new look. The combination of carpet, shades and new paint resulted in the warm inviting facility CHCO was striving for.

Construct

The Bridges SI team observed CHCO meetings to gain a better understanding of how the spaces were used and then met with stakeholders to document their goals and challenges with the existing system. The primary objection with the facility was the myriad of cables that each room required to present on the audiovisual equipment. When the rooms were joined, the signals were manually patched. This created numerous issues including aesthetics, function and capabilities. The Construct practice determined an automated system based a large digital matrix switcher was the proper solution. Furthermore, in an effort to address their cable management issues, our team provided lecterns enabling each presenter to control their individual space, or when combined, the entire facility. Each of the three spaces comprising the large training center features a large, front-projection system for the primary display, and includes a flat-panel for supplemental display. The rooms have the ability to show unique information, or in a combined mode with the air walls open, the audiovisual system can share the information across all displays. To maximize room flexibility, ceiling microphones were specified and installed. The ceiling microphones allow both the presenter and the participants to be heard through an integrated audio conferencing system. Additionally, the presenter has wireless microphones that feed any of the room combinations and the audio conferencing system. The facility now has the versatility and the simplicity to allow the staff to engage with the participants, not the technology. With possible sources including multiple laptops, satellite and physical media, the material can be as varied as necessary to effectively convey their message.

Unify

As government agencies continue to feel pressure to increase telework and reduce their footprint, savvy agencies are turning to technology to provide employee engagement off-campus. The Unify practice at Bridges SI developed an enterprise video distribution system with CHCO enabling materials and presentations to be available for off-site employees. The solution allows for computer and video content to be digitally stored and cataloged. CHCO can distribute the content to any audience they choose either by streaming the content or through providing media. The Unify practice continues to work with CHCO to find more effective ways to reach larger audiences with reduced resources.

Sustain

Previous to the Bridges SI engagement, CHCO’s conference facilities did not have a maintenance contract. Typical in this scenario, the audiovisual was in disrepair before our team began the project. Out of the three projectors, only one presented an image and each flat-panel had significant issues. Presently, CHCO has engaged the Sustain practice to provide operational support for large meetings, preventative maintenance, as well as an enterprise case-management system. This system allows CHCO to generate and manage cases with the objective of maximizing uptime and leveraging their investment to system’s potential.

Project Description

W. Curtis Draper, the third oldest tobacconist in the country, needed to relocate after 20 years. They selected a location next to the White House gift shop that provided them nearly twice the square footage to display their diverse collection of cigars, pipes, pipe tobacco, and smoking accessories to a national clientele. This premier cigar shop engaged the Bridges SI team to collaborate in providing an environment with updated technology, offering the right blend for a social establishment and retail space.

Shape

The primary challenge in the W. Curtis Draper retail project for the Shape practice was the balance of offering modern technologies (such as flat-panel displays) and distributed audio in a non-obtrusive or obvious fashion. Detailed coordination with the project construction team assisted Bridges SI in integrating the technology in concert with the millwork and gypsum ceilings. This integration provided for an impeccable installation that allows the guests to focus on the experience, rather than electronics.

Construct

The Construct practice was tasked to provide entertainment, including high-definition television, music distribution, digital signage and video security. The entertainment technologies are networked and controlled from a central touch panel, allowing employees of varying technical expertise to properly set-up or close the establishment. The security provides a digital archive ensuring appropriate monitoring of the inventory and safety of the retailer. The multi-media equipment is secured in a commercial rack that provides easy access to the equipment, proper cooling and cable management. The result of the installation is a warm, inviting space where technology complements the ambiance created by the outstanding selection of cigars and accessories, and does not overpower it.

Sustain

W. Curtis Draper’s enjoys a maintenance contract with the Sustain practice, enabling them to focus on their business instead of their technology. While the automation of the system is intuitive, preventative maintenance visits provide both opportunities for training new staff members as well as peace of mind for management that their system and store are being well managed. Project Description

The Department of Homeland Security, Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties (CRCL), tasked the Bridges SI team for the new construction of their divisible conference spaces. This included close work and coordination with Chief Administrative Office (CAO), the general contractor, and the architect. The facility featured three spaces with two air walls, encompassing divisible but connected systems that had the ability to operate independently or combined as one. CRCL had a requirement for a scalable AV system and environment with spatial flexibility and multiple configurations that could support their various day-to-day activities as well as accommodate national training events and department all-hands meetings.

Shape

Our interior design group provided aesthetic enhancements to the space that included recessed connectivity pockets installed throughout the area. In addition, the team worked to incorporate agency branding into the near-side backdrop during Video Teleconference (VTC) calls. This effect is to used to minimize distractions and help promote the "One Voice" vision.

Construct

Our systems engineering and integration teams played the lead role for this project. The system was designed to accommodate the divisible floor layout by including a variety of connectivity interfaces throughout the area. From wall plates to floor boxes, users are able to conveniently connect their AV peripheral devices (guest laptops, etc.) into the system for display and playback. The entire system is comprised of a centralized, digital switching and distribution core that offers the scalable feature set required for their operations. Two of the spaces include a High Definition (HD) projection system and supplementary HD displays mounted along the side walls. The display systems are all connected to the central switching system, allowing any connected video source to be routed for display on all or any of the display systems. Integrated VTC capabilities allow each of the spaces to conduct voice, video, and data calls independently and simultaneously. All of the spaces support internal voice reinforcement for presenters at the lecterns as well as mobile presenters. Users have the choice between wireless handheld, lavaliere or body pack microphone systems, allowing flexibility and comfort for ease of presentation. Users are able to control system functionality of each individual room from a dedicated touch panel included with each space. Further, when the spaces are combined, one of the touch panels automatically becomes the "master" controller and is able to control functionality over whichever rooms are combined. An occupancy sensor is connected to the control system, which has been programmed to enable or restrict connected functionality, depending on the wall configuration.

Sustain

The divisible conference room AV system is setup to provide ease of access for hardware servicing and firmware/upgrade support. Currently, Bridges SI provides complete service and maintenance of all applicable AV system components and functionality. This includes regular, quarterly preventive maintenance visits as well as ad-hoc and remedial coverage through our web-based support portal.

Bridges SI plays key role in design and build of advanced HHS command center

Bridges System Integration LLC (Bridges SI) had the pleasure of supporting the design and build of the Health & Human Services (HHS) Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) new Program Integrity Command Center. CMS’s mission is to ensure effective, up-to-date health care coverage and to promote quality care for beneficiaries. The focus of the command center is to reduce Medicare and Medicaid fraud. Bridges SI teamed with CMS senior leadership to create a robust, high-resolution collaboration environment. The center will be home for experts in data analytics, fraud investigation, policy and clinicians. The ability to share data across teams, as well as work with other agencies, such as the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), was a paramount design objective for the project. The center features a blended knowledge wall that highlights key information for all of the disciplines. The visualization of real-time data helps identify fraud and allows the experts to transition from data mining into a meaningful investigation of criminal activity. Multiple “pods” were designed and built to support an arsenal of technology, thus assisting in combating criminal activity. These pods share data to the knowledge wall and relevant agencies outside CMS through high-definition videoconferencing. The knowledge wall is comprised of 10 rear-mounted projectors blended together creating a single seamless image. The entire composited image can be archived for after-action reviews, distribution or for creating a data library for import supporting future investigations. In addition, an executive conference room overlooks the command center to provide an additional technology workspace to support the command center. Since January of this year, CMS has recovered over $4 billion in fraudulent payments. 2012 has seen the largest health care fraud bust in our country's history. As of Monday October 6, 2013, Bridges SI has officially relocated to a brand new headquarters facility in Herndon, VA. The headquarters relocation and expansion project has been developed internally by Bridges SI personnel, and the finished product will feature products and workmanship from our closest partners and vendors. Bridges SI was tasked to design and build an integrated AV solution that complements the elegant yet rustic décor of the space and enhances the overall experience of every visitor. The restaurant includes a full bar, front and rear dining room, two divisible private dining/conference rooms, retail space, a rack room/office, and kitchen. The entire facility is equipped with a multi-zone AV system with local as well as centralized control points that enable each area to function independently for maximum flexibility. Centrally racked equipment and a closed-circuit security system provide for ease of future service requests and upgrades as well as total system monitoring. The bar features two wall mounted vanishing High-Definition displays that appear as mirrors when not in use. Each divisible dining/conference room has a wall mounted display with PC, laptop, and auxiliary video source connectivity included to accommodate private briefings, presentations, and general viewing. A digital signage engine is also included for informational, entertainment and notification purposes. For the kitchen and wait staff, Bridges SI engineers custom-modified aluminum articulating mounts for multiple POS monitors, which helped to free up shelf space and provide a flexible range of motion and versatility for the fast-paced, dynamic cooking environment. Multi-zoned overhead speakers throughout each of the spaces allow overflow audio or independent source playback, as desired. All destinations (displays, speakers) within the facility are interconnected via a digital matrix switcher that serves as the primary switching and distribution device for the entire AV system. Upon completion of the installation, RANGE is now equipped with an attractive and highly flexible AV system that ties the dining experience together. Restaurant management is provided with technologies that improve the capabilities of the space and increase the overall return on investment. Project Description

Bridges SI designed and integrated a comprehensive AV system for multiple spaces within a NIH NIAID conference center. The scope of the project encompassed a large conference room, two divisible conference rooms, various breakout collaboration areas, and a centralized equipment room. All spaces are interoperable via a shared digital media switching and distribution core.

Shape

The large conference room presented spatial challenges that required an outside-the-box mentality and approach. The edge-blended projection system provided optimal viewing and video scaling capabilities, but the heat and noise output within the space were undesirable and detracted from the experience. With the ceiling a mere 8’6”, there was not much space to work with in consideration of participants seated throughout the space. Bridges SI collaborated with the facility interiors team to fabricate a custom trough that dissipated the heat through plenum within the ceiling opposed to the open air within the working environment. The result is an aesthetically- and acoustically-sound ceiling mount that provides integrated ventilation and sufficient support for the dual edge-blended projectors.

Construct

The system is based around a central digital-media switching and distribution system. Multiple video sources are available for routing throughout the connected spaces, including local PCs and laptop connections, cable TV, and an integrated HD Video Teleconference (VTC) system. There is an executive lectern installed within the primary space that is equipped with an integrated touch panel control system. The touch panel includes HD video preview capabilities, allowing presenters to view and manipulate sources prior to and during presentations. The video processor and control systems support pinch and zoom capabilities, allowing various sources to be adjusted and displayed at different sizes for optimal performance and collaboration. The two divisible spaces are outfitted with a shared AV system that supports the ability to operate independently as two spaces or combined as one cohesive functional room. The two divisible spaces are identical in equipment and functionality, and are separated by a manual partition wall that is tied into the control system. Depending on the room configuration, the control systems are programmed to automatically adjust for appropriate control settings. There is a separate “think tank” space with a wall mounted interactive flat panel display system installed. The interactive flat panel display supports annotation and capture capabilities via a connected dedicated PC equipped with interactive software. Users can openly collaborate and annotate over computer content, which can be saved for future playback or distribution throughout the system.

Assure

Bridges SI worked with NIH and their onsite IT department to ensure all PCs and network-related components were interfacing in compliance with the installed AV systems.

Sustain

All of the AV system components and functionality are covered under a full service agreement to ensure continued operational efficiency for NIAID.

Innovation & Technology Center

Bridges SI handled the integration, programming, and testing of complex AV system technologies for the Lockheed Martin Corporation i3 Cyber Innovation & Technology Center, which is located within Lockheed Martin's Global Vision Center (GVC). The facility encompasses multiple spaces that are connected via a centralized digital media switching and distribution system.

Construct

Bridges SI was selected as the dedicated AV provider and was responsible for final design, integration, implementation, and testing of all AV system components included in the project. The system was designed around a core Crestron DigitalMedia switching and distribution system, and all of the systems were interconnected to support room-to-room overflow source routing. This allows briefings, presentations, and even Video Teleconference (VTC) sessions to be shared and distributed to the display systems and speakers within any of the connected spaces. The various spaces within the i3 Center include an entrance with multiple digital signage displays, a briefing/presentation suite with VTC capabilities, a design studio, and a TelePresence room. There is a centralized equipment closet which houses the majority of back-end processing and distribution components, as well as the power supply units. Final integration included the development and implementation of unique control system source code which allowed custom, user-friendly graphics to serve as the basis for the control platform. All rooms have dedicated control panels which are intuitive in nature, providing users and visitors of the space a truly exciting, yet unobtrusive exploration of innovative technology.

Bridges SI was tasked by Aol. / Huffington Post (AOL) to design an integrated office audiovisual (AV) systems in a downtown corporate office building. The project included a reception area, lounge, conference room, and VTC suite. Walking into the reception area, employees and visitors are immediately greeted with a corporate-branded room equipped with two large displays - one for digital signage and another for general viewing. Overhead speakers provide gentle background music for an experience that is welcoming and easy on the senses. The lounge, also branded with corporate impressions, has a display that provides supplemental viewing while taking a break and relaxing at the water cooler.

Construct

Bridges SI's engineering and integration efforts coincided with AOL interior design and technical personnel to ensure the AV technologies were deployed in a manner that was consistent with the existing aesthetics of the facility. Bridges SI worked with the end-users to maintain industry standards and best practices, all the while ensuring the functional needs of each individual space were realized. The VTC suite and conference room are the primary functional spaces that were part of the AV installation. The VTC suite was outfitted with a dual display system and tabletop connectivity trough. Bridges SI modified the existing executive conference table to accommodate for the tabletop AV, power, and network interfaces. Users can easily connect and disconnect laptops for visualization and content sharing. The conference room was designed to facilitate simultaneous collaboration and interaction among teams of AOL creatives, writers, editors, and content specialists. The space was equipped with with multiple connectivity points and a HD display to augment the existing whiteboards the creatives were using prior to the project. Bridges SI deployed an ease-of-connectivity Barco ClickShare wireless presentation device, which provides up to four participants with the ability to connect and display content simultaneously via USB.

USAV Expands National Network with Addition of Seven Integrators in 2014

Denver, Colo.—Aug. 27, 2014—USAV, an association of leading professional audio–visual (ProAV) integrators, added seven new members in the first half of 2014. Of the seven, Cibola Systems and Bridges Systems Integration will be participating as part of the USAV integration services group. The remaining five companies will be part of the USAV buying group. Mr. Johnson is an elite professional with a strong technical background and deep interest in everything technology. He has amassed a lengthy career in the audiovisual industry and has two patents to his name to show for it. Throughout various industry events, manufacturer trainings and continued education over the years, he has forged critical relationships and gained substantial knowledge that have proven invaluable in his ability to solve problems through technology and proper resources. For more than a decade, Mr. Johnson has been heavily entrenched in collaborative technologies and systems engineering. His surplus of professional experience includes sales support, product specialist, quality assurance, systems engineer, integration/implementation technician, project manager, and more. He spent nearly seven years working various roles for collaborative technology manufacturer and video system implementer Freeport Technologies prior to joining Karcher Group, Inc., a systems integrator, where he served as Senior Systems Designer for another five years. His diverse involvement within the industry has strengthened his knowledge base and expanded his capacity for growth. Mr. Johnson joined the Bridges SI team in November of 2011 after receiving several offers from industry entities and competitors. He selected our young, up-and-coming firm for the unique opportunity to make an immediate and significant impact on a new company with tremendous potential. As Senior Sales Engineer, Mr. Johnson supports the sales team directly by providing product recommendations, conceptual schematics and detailed designs, as well as technical assistance wherever necessary. When he isn’t researching new technologies, sharpening his skills at manufacture training or out in the field supporting his colleagues, Mr. Johnson is most likely bunny hopping a hillside on his Yeti Big Top 29R or out perfecting his approach shot on a local golf course. He thrives in the sunshine and enjoys trying new craft beer, eating smoked barbeque and listening to the mellow vibes of Jimmy Buffet.

Ms. Wilt is a widely versatile and licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with years of audit experience in the public accounting services of government contractors, non-profit organizations, other small businesses and employee benefit plans. Her strong professional and educational backgrounds have equipped her with the skill-sets and knowledge required to understand and accurately manage all financial operations within Bridges SI. Since joining the team in January 2012, Paige has made incredible strides for the firm and has already helped transform the methodologies in which Bridges SI handles enterprise financial management. Her expertise was instrumental in the consultation, preparation, and oversight of the transition toward a project accounting system that complies with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 31 and satisfies the audit requirements of the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). The hosted accounting solution provides a number of benefits and has drastically improved our internal accounting, timesheets, and expense reporting procedures. On a day-to-day basis, Paige is responsible for reviewing and managing all financial transactions within Bridges SI. She handles internal reporting, revenue recognition, and lead analysis of active and closed projects, funding, and contract milestones. In addition, she actively monitors and ensures all accounting records are in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Her efforts were critical in the successful completion of Bridges SI’s first financial review for 2011. Prior to joining Bridges SI, Paige worked for six years at Cherry, Bekaert & Holland, L.L.P., a leading full service CPA company that ranks among the nation’s top 30 accounting firms. Paige quickly proved herself and was promoted from Audit Staff, to Audit Senior, to Audit Manager in less than five years, an atypical rate of growth that exceeds that of most her peers. There, she was hand selected by senior leadership to help develop content and teach enterprise-wide internal training for new hires and experienced staff. Outside of work, Paige enjoys spending her free time with her family and closest friends. She loves to cheer on her D.C. sports teams, especially the Washington Capitals. As the second-born of four sisters, Paige attributes her success to a close family support structure and draws her professional inspiration from her father, who makes his living as a Financial Planner and owner of his own business. Paige earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting with a minor in Economics from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where she served as the Vice President of Finance for her sorority Kappa Alpha Theta.
